Peace of mind. Ultra-Secure Messaging Starts with Qryptr.
No operating system. No software dependencies. Dedicated hardware.
In today’s world, security is a luxury. Qryptr empowers you to take control of your communication and safeguard sensitive information.
In a world where smartphones consist of dozens of hardware and software modules, Qryptr empowers you to take back control. Our open-source, fully auditable secure messaging devices protect your conversations with state-of-the-art encryption. Experience the freedom of secure communications.
The Qryptr device has cryptographic software, a keyboard, camera, screen and is based on the RP2040 microcontroller.
Because everything stays inside the Qryptr device, no one can intercept your messages!
Qryptr is a secure messaging device designed to secure your messages by offering advanced endpoint protection alongside end-to-end encryption offered by general messaging apps such as Whatsapp or Signal
End-to-end encryption is great, but will not protect you from spyware or being targeted by advanced persistent threats.
Qryptr is for anyone who values security and wants to ensure their communication stays confidential. This can include individuals, businesses, or anyone who handles sensitive information such as system administrators, public servants, lawyers or executives.
Reading, writing, encryption and decryption is done on a seperate, airgapped device. Messages are spread using regular smartphones or other networked infrastructure.
Qryptr uses authenticated encryption with Curve25519 keys, and ChaChaPoly cipher.
In most cases, you would use a smartphone to photograph and spread encrypted messages created by Qryptr. However, you can also use your laptop or a plain old printer. You can get creative.
Qryptr aims to use the simplest hardware and software possible such that it is fully auditable. All hardware and software are open-source so anyone can verify it’s security.
There is no subscription model. Just make sure you get the device.
Qryptr is under development but available today. Please contact us for details.
